1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、7K3ELA（以下「開発者」）が提供するWebアプリケーションおよびiOSアプリケーション「Yoshi's SG ENV — Singapore Environmental Dashboard」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリを利用（Webサイトへのアクセスまたはアプリの使用）いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの利用をお控えください。

2. 地点情報・位置情報の取り扱い（完全ローカル処理）

本アプリはシンガポール国内の環境・気象情報を正確に届けるため、3つの地点データを扱いますが、すべて端末ローカル完結で動作します。

自宅（Home）および目的地（Destination）のデータ

利用者が設定した自宅や目的地の地名、住所、シンガポール6桁郵便番号、緯度・経度情報は、利用者のブラウザの localStorage（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーへ送信されたり、外部データベースへ蓄積・閲覧されることは一切ありません。

現在地（Current Location）の位置情報

利用者が「現在地」機能を利用する際、ブラウザ標準の W3C Geolocation API を介して端末のGPS測位情報（緯度・経度）を取得します。

• 取得する情報: 端末のGPS座標（緯度・経度）
• 取得のタイミング: 利用者が位置情報の利用を許可し、現在地タブを選択または情報更新した時
• 送信先: 端末内（ブラウザのJavaScriptメモリ）でのみ最寄り観測所や落雷距離の計算に使用され、開発者サーバーや外部へ送信されることは一切ありません。

地点検索キーワード（OneMap API）

「地点変更」モーダルで郵便番号や地名を入力して検索する際、入力されたキーワードのみがシンガポール土地管理局（SLA）の公式 OneMap Elastic Search API へ送信されます。検索によって得られた候補から利用者が選択した地点データは、端末ローカルにのみ保存されます。

収集・保存しない情報

開発者は以下の個人識別情報を一切収集・保管しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報
• 端末識別子（IDFA、広告識別子等）
• 行動履歴や移動ログを記録するサーバーログ

3. クッキー（Cookie）およびストレージの使用状況

アプリ独自の実装（ファーストパーティ）: Cookie未使用

本アプリ自体のプログラム（HTML/JavaScript/Pythonサーバー）は、Cookie（クッキー）を一切発行・使用していません。

地点設定（自宅・目的地等）、表示モード（タブ形式/一覧形式）、テーマ設定（ダーク/ライトモード）、言語設定の保持には、Cookieではなくブラウザの localStorage（ローカルストレージ） を使用しています。

外部広告配信（サードパーティ）: Google AdSense による Cookie 使用

本アプリでは、無料でのサービス提供・サーバー運営費維持のため、Google社の広告配信サービス「Google AdSense」を導入しています（パブリッシャーID: ca-pub-6771595788501060）。

• Google などの第三者配信事業者は、利用者が本サイトや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、適切な広告を配信するために Cookie を使用します。
• 利用者は、Google 広告設定 にアクセスすることで、パーソナライズ広告に使われる Cookie を無効にできます。また、www.aboutads.info にアクセスすることで、第三者配信事業者の Cookie を一括して無効にすることも可能です。

4. 情報の利用目的

取り扱う情報は、以下の目的のみに使用されます。

• 各地点の気象データ表示: 最寄りの気象ステーション（気温・降雨量・湿度）および2時間天気予報エリア（全47エリア）の一致判定。
• 防災・落雷リスク判定: 登録地点から半径5km／10km圏内の落雷リスク判定、PM2.5／PSI地域（North, South, East, West, Central）の判定、PUB洪水・冠水アラートの確認。
• 地図表示: 地図ライブラリ（Leaflet）上でのピン表示および70km雨雲レーダーの重畳表示。
• 広告配信: Google AdSense によるバナー広告表示およびサイト運営維持。

5. データの保存場所と削除方法

保存場所: 端末内ローカルストレージのみ

登録された地点や設定値は、以下のストレージキーで利用者のブラウザ内にのみ格納されています。

• yoshi_sg_env_locations_v1 : 自宅・現在地・目的地の設定情報
• yoshi_sg_env_settings_v1 : 表示形式・テーマ設定
• yoshi_sg_env_lang_v1 : 言語設定（日/英）

サーバー側の非保持

本アプリのバックエンドサーバーは、HTMLやアイコン等の静的ファイルを配信し、シンガポール政府オープンデータのCORS通信を中継するのみであり、データベースやデータ受信・保存用のエンドポイント（POSTハンドラ等）自体が存在しません。

データの消去方法

利用者はいつでも以下の方法で保存された地点・設定データを完全に消去できます。

• ブラウザの「設定」から「閲覧履歴データの消去（Cookieおよびサイトデータ／キャッシュ）」を実行する。
• 地点変更モーダルから任意の別の地点を選択して上書きする。

6. 外部API・第三者サービスとの通信

本アプリは機能提供のため、以下の公的APIおよび外部サービスと通信を行います。

1. シンガポール政府オープンデータ API（Singapore Open Data Licence）

国家環境庁（NEA）、シンガポール気象局（MSS）、シンガポール公益事業庁（PUB）のオープンデータ（api-open.data.gov.sg）から気象、落雷、雨雲レーダー、大気質、警報情報を取得します。本アプリで取得・利用するオープンデータは、シンガポール政府の公式ライセンスである Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0 のもとで利用許諾されています。
重要: 通信時に利用者の端末の位置情報（GPS座標）がシンガポール政府APIに送信されることはありません。島内全域のオープンデータを端末にダウンロードし、端末のブラウザ上で最寄り計算を行っています。

2. SLA OneMap API（シンガポール土地管理局）

郵便番号や施設名による地点検索の際に入力された検索クエリのみを送信します。

3. Google AdSense

広告配信用のスクリプトが読み込まれ、Google社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいてCookieが管理されます。

4. Leaflet & OpenStreetMap

地図タイル画像の取得のために配信サーバーへ通信します。

5. Buy Me a Coffee

開発者への自発的な寄付・支援用の外部リンクです。外部サービス内での個人情報入力は、Buy Me a Coffee の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーに基づきます。

7. 免責事項

本アプリで表示される天気予報、降水情報、雨雲レーダー、落雷リスク、大気質（PM2.5/PSI）、冠水アラート等の情報は、シンガポール政府が公開するオープンデータをリアルタイムに取得・集計した参考情報です。

通信環境や公的機関の更新ラグにより、実際の現地の天候状況と差異が生じる場合があります。熱帯特有の突発的な雷雨や豪雨に際しては、生命・財産の安全を最優先とし、必ず国家環境庁（NEA）やシンガポール気象局（MSS）等の公式発表・指示に従ってください。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いかねます。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの改訂

本ポリシーは法令の改正やアプリの機能改修に伴い改訂されることがあります。重要な改訂があった場合は本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。定期的に本ページをご確認いただくことを推奨します。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how 7K3ELA ("Developer", "we") handles information in connection with the web application and iOS application "Yoshi's SG ENV — Singapore Environmental Dashboard" ("App").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Location Data Handling (Strictly On-Device)

The App monitors 3 locations across Singapore for microclimate awareness, running completely on-device without remote tracking.

Home & Destination Data

Locations chosen for "Home" and "Destination" (names, Singapore 6-digit postal codes, coordinates) are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. The Developer does not operate a database or server endpoint capable of receiving, inspecting, or storing this data.

Current Location (Live GPS)

When you select the "Current Location" tab, the App requests your real-time coordinates via standard browser APIs (W3C Geolocation API).

• Data Collected: Latitude and longitude coordinates.
• When Requested: Only when you grant location permission and actively view/refresh the dashboard.
• Transmission: Coordinates remain inside client-side JavaScript memory to calculate distance to nearest weather stations and lightning strikes. Coordinates are NEVER transmitted to external servers or the Developer.

Search Keywords (OneMap API)

When you search by postal code or location name in the change location modal, only the search query string is transmitted to the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) OneMap search endpoint to retrieve matching coordinates.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal identifiers (names, email addresses, phone numbers).
• Device persistent identifiers (IDFA, advertising tracking IDs).
• User movement or tracking histories.

3. Cookies & Storage Policy

First-Party App Code: No Cookies Used

The App's own code (HTML, JavaScript, Python server) does NOT set, read, or use any Cookies.

User preferences (locations, display modes, theme, language) are preserved strictly using the Web Storage API (localStorage) on your device.

Third-Party Advertising: Google AdSense Cookies

To keep this service free and cover operational overhead, the App displays ads powered by Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-6771595788501060).

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of third-party cookie usage by visiting www.aboutads.info.

4. How We Use Information

Information handled within the client App is used solely to:

• Display Localized Weather: Match nearest meteorological stations (temperature, rainfall, relative humidity) and 2-hour forecast areas.
• Calculate Environmental Hazards: Detect lightning strikes within 5km/10km radius, determine PM2.5/PSI regions (North, South, East, West, Central), and check flash flood alerts.
• Render Interactive Maps: Position pins on interactive Leaflet maps with 70km Doppler radar imagery.
• Sustain Operations: Display AdSense banners to fund maintenance.

5. Data Storage & Deletion

Stored in Local Storage Only

Your saved parameters reside inside browser localStorage under the following keys:

• yoshi_sg_env_locations_v1 : Home, Current, Destination metadata & coordinates
• yoshi_sg_env_settings_v1 : Layout tabs & theme preference
• yoshi_sg_env_lang_v1 : Language choice (EN / JA)

No Server-Side Retention

The backend server merely serves static assets and proxies open data feeds to bypass CORS restrictions. It contains no database and no POST handlers to store user data.

How to Erase Data

You have complete control over your data. You can delete all saved settings at any moment by clearing your browser's "Cookies and Site Data" / local cache, or by re-selecting new locations.

6. External APIs & Third-Party Services

The App communicates with the following official public APIs and external services:

1. Singapore Government Open Data APIs (Singapore Open Data Licence)

Feeds are fetched from the National Environment Agency (NEA), Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS), and PUB Singapore National Water Agency via api-open.data.gov.sg. Datasets are utilized under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
Note: Your GPS coordinates are NOT transmitted to Singapore Government APIs. The App downloads island-wide public datasets and processes geographic proximity locally.

2. SLA OneMap API

Geocodes user-entered 6-digit postal codes and building queries via the Singapore Land Authority.

3. Google AdSense

Serves responsive ads subject to Google's Privacy and Terms.

4. Leaflet & OpenStreetMap

Supplies mapping visual elements and tile images.

5. Buy Me a Coffee

Facilitates voluntary developer appreciation tips governed by Buy Me a Coffee's privacy guidelines.

7. Disclaimer

Weather updates, rain radar, lightning warnings, and haze indices displayed in this App are derived from official Singapore Government open data feeds and provided for informational convenience only.

Due to sudden tropical storm evolution or network latency, discrepancies may occur. During severe inclement weather, always prioritize personal safety and follow official directives from NEA and MSS. The Developer assumes no responsibility for decisions made using this application.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy as features develop. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. We encourage periodic review of this page.
